February 23, 2019 at the Maple Grove Dome from Noon to 1:30pm. Try Lacrosse for FREE. Any girl or boy 14 or under.
Come and see why lacrosse is the fastest growing girls and boys sports program in the United States. It is a an entertaining game for parents to watch and the kids love it. Lacrosse is great exercise for your child and a fabulous way to discover new friends. Lacrosse frees up weekends for family time and cabin time!
All participants must wear a mouth guard and boys must wear a helmet and protective cup. Tennis shoes, turf shoes or cleats are fine. Please bring a lacrosse stick if you have one and if not, there will be a number on hand to borrow if needed. Outside of a mouthguard, if don't have equipment for TLFF, don't worry, we will provide the necessary equipment for the day.
We will also have board members and parents of current lacrosse players available to answer questions about schedule, costs, and opportunities to play during upcoming spring and fall seasons.
It is never too late to join the fun and fast-paced sport of lacrosse!
Please contact John Ampe with any questions about TLFF

December 20, 2018, Maple Grove, MN;
MGLaX announces it has signed an agreement with the City of Maple Grove that provides long-term use of 4 new turf fields for development of our lacrosse program. The construction of 4 new Fernbrook turf fields, near the high school, is underway and the estimated completion date is July 2019.
Thank you to Chuck Stifter at the City of Maple Grove Park & Rec, Mayor Mark Steffenson, Maple Grove Youth Football Association, MapleBrook Soccer, and ISD 279 who all partnered with MGLaX to help make this happen! For all the board members from MGLaX, who helped the City of Maple Grove drive this process to build a world class facility, thank you!
