DIBS

DIBS will be required for the 2023 lacrosse season.

DIBS Hours:

5 hours per player, 10 hours per multi-player family
Board members exempt
Volunteer Parent Coaches - limit 1 per team (5 hours)
Team Managers - limit 1 per team (5 hours)
DIBs buyout option: $250 for single player (5 hours), $500 multi-player family max (10 hours max)

We are currently looking for people willing to help us in these positions:

Boys 14U Director - Voting board level member. Key responsibilities include parent communications, working with league officials on scheduling, managing paid coaches, supporting the tryout coordinator, etc.
Boys Director of Coaching

Volunteers willing to serve on the board are exempt from DIBS
