Join Our Board – Volunteers Needed!

Our lacrosse association is powered by parent volunteers. We have several open board positions and need your help to keep our program strong. If you’re looking for a way to get more involved and support our players, consider stepping into one of these important roles:

  • Recruiting Coordinator – Help us grow the game in Maple Grove. This role leads our outreach to elementary schools and community events, introducing young athletes to lacrosse and encouraging families to join our program. Great for someone who enjoys connecting with parents, teachers, and kids.
  • Coach Development Director - A new position focused on elevating our coaching experience. The goal of this role is to start organizing practice drills, builds suggested practice plans for 6U–14U teams for our coaches to leverage.   Additionally this role will help coaches complete required GNLL training. Perfect for someone who enjoys structure, player development, and supporting coaches.
  • Co-Tournament Director – Help us make the spring GNLL boys tournament that is hosted by Maple Grove a great experience for visiting families. This role assists with planning and running concessions during the event. Ideal for someone who likes operational work and supporting a fun community weekend.
